We guarantee live arrival as long as you are home for delivery on first attempt. These are living creatures it is up to you to get them out of their shipment box as soon as possible. We do promise safe packaging methods and will regulate temp inside the box to offset some weather conditions. We also will hold shipment until safe shipping conditions can be met. Animals held at no cost to customer. If there is a problem with your shipment please contact me within 30 min of delivery or pick up. Photographs will be required.
